LG Products:

The LG series fixed aluminum louver is manufactured via swage pressure lock. The standard blade spacing options allow for direct visual blockage of 100%, 80% and 60%, while maintaining a minimum of 63% open air flow. The pressure lock method of manufacturing provides a strong and durable connection without any welding. Depending on your application there are several different recommended means of attaching LG panels to your façade or structure. The 2-1/2” overall depth of the LG blades makes for a very strong product, capable of long spans and meeting the most stringent wind load requirements. It has been tested to meet Miami-Dade wind and large missile impact standards. As it is not a weather rated louver it is not offered with an NOA certificate. Made exclusively from corrosion resistant, tempered aluminum it is a product that will last for years and years. Aluminum allows for a weather resistant mill finish or you can select an anodized, PVDF or polyester powder coat finish to tailor the LG product to your specific job.

It provides clean crisp lines and eliminates the need for any type of welding to form the panels. By using the most modern technology available, swaged LG grating allows for a variety of spacing options including those that conform to the above standards. Because of its aesthetic appeal and the ability to meet tight tolerances, this product can integrate into a variety of installations.
